Vivintage is designed as a wine vintage search and auction-context tool with minimal data collection.
Current data practices
Public users can search vintages, browse regions, use Auction Mode, and save searches on their own device. Saved searches are stored locally in the browser and are not sent to Vivintage servers in the current release.
Vivintage collects the email address, request topic, and message submitted through the support form. The Pro waitlist collects an email address and, if supplied, a stated feature interest. These submissions are handled through Netlify Forms. Vivintage uses the information only to respond to support requests, manage the waitlist, and understand aggregate feature demand.
Vivintage does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, account registration, or a payment system. The app does not sell alcohol and does not process alcohol purchases. Device-local saved searches remain on the device unless a future account-sync feature is introduced.
Form processing and deletion requests
Waitlist reports are aggregated before being sent to the Vivintage team. To request access to or deletion of support or waitlist data, use the data request form. Vivintage will verify the request through the submitted email address before acting on it.
Request data deletion or accessFuture paid features
If Vivintage adds subscriptions, account sync, market-data integrations, push notifications, analytics, or native app-store payments, this policy and the Apple App Privacy / Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be reviewed and updated before that feature is released.
Contact
For privacy questions, use the Vivintage support form. The destination support inbox is not displayed publicly in the app. This policy is a release draft pending legal review before wider release.
